A fellow splitcoaststamper came up with a great way to make a crisscross card that only uses a half sheet of cardstock instead of a whole sheet! Her name is Lynn Birus! She doesn't have a blog, so I asked if I could share how to make one here, which she happily agreed to let me! Thanks Lynn! I made a video tutorial this time!! I hope you all enjoy it! It took me several hours of editting to get it just right!! LOL But I think the next time I'll have a better idea what I'm doing! This one is a little choppy, because I was trying to "cut the fat" so to speak. The actual cardmaking time was 15 minutes. Onto the video!! It may take a minute to load.....
As you can see, I made a mistake cutting the card that goes in the pocket, but luckily....well I'm not so sure it was lucky.....I had made a card just like it before I made this video....I thought I had hit record and made the entire thing only to find that I DIDN'T push record!!! So I had to make it all over again! The first time around it was perfect, of course!!! If you have any questions on what I did, leave it in the comments and I will answer you in a new post. I think you should be able to figure it out though!! Y'all are smart!!

Awesome! Thanks so much for posting that. I had seen one somewhere else but the directions weren't completely clear and this makes it so easy. Love the music, too!
Thanks for sharing. Fabulous tutorial!
Great tutorial! I've seen and been amazed by criss-cross cards, but hadn't tried to make one yet. Who knows, maybe it will be my Easter card this year.
My boys(ages 2 & almost 4) love the music...while I watched your tutorial, they danced around me!
